Happy Holidays

H is for Happy Holidays.  I know that it is still quite some time before Christmas.  Recently my parents made a trip to Michigan to visit relatives.  My Mom is from Michigan.  While she was there visiting with her sister, they were looking through old pictures.  She found  a photo Christmas Card featuring yours truly from 1956.   My Aunt Dot sent the 1956 Christmas Card along with a number of other old photos for me to make copies of.

Another old photo Christmas Card that she sent was our Christmas Card from 1982 featuring my daughter and her dog.

I really appreciate these photos and the others that Aunt Dot sent to me.  I love old photos.

The ABC Wednesday Meme is a fun way to see some great blogs.

  1. I love looking through the old photos of my daughters when they visited Santa Claus and smile at the memories. I even have a couple of myself visiting the old elf, too! You were a real cutie in that photo and your little girl looks like an angel!

  9. Lovely memories. ust a little too early for Christmas for me. I haven't recovered from the summer yet -- it won't let me. Two more weeks of heat at least!
